Official Quarterly Draw Rules & Contest Guidelines

1.  General Contest Information

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by IronHaven Fabricators Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor"), located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Information about the Contest, including start and end dates, prize details, and draw information, is available at www.ironhavenfabricators.com and on IronHaven Fabricators Inc.'s official Facebook and Instagram pages. Contest Details may be updated at any time at the Contest Sponsor's discretion.

2.  Contest Dates

The Contest runs on a quarterly basis. Each Contest period ("Contest Period") opens and closes on dates announced by IronHaven Fabricators Inc. on its website and social media channels. The draw for each Contest Period will be held within fourteen (14) days of the Contest Period end date. Specific dates for each quarterly draw will be published in the Contest Details for that draw.

3.  Contest Prize

One (1) grand prize will be awarded per quarterly draw. The prize consists of:

·         A full custom powder coated armor package for the winner's CF MOTO U10 or similar UTV, fabricated and powder coated by IronHaven Fabricators Inc. The package includes products selected at the Contest Sponsor's discretion and may include a front bumper, rear bumper, rock sliders, headache rack, and/or other available accessories, powder coated in the winner's choice of available colour.

Approximate retail value of the prize is $6,000 CAD. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted except at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The prize winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Vehicle and installation are not included unless otherwise stated.

4.  How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to receive an entry into the draw:

·      (a) Purchase Entry —  Make any qualifying purchase from IronHaven Fabricators Inc. during the Contest Period. Qualifying purchases include: any IronHaven armor product (bumper, rock sliders, headache rack, heat shield, light pod mounts, or other fabricated accessories), or any IronHaven branded merchandise including hats, t-shirts, and hoodies. Each qualifying purchase receives one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple purchases during the same Contest Period each receive one (1) entry. Orders must be placed and paid in full during the Contest Period to qualify. Syndicate members in good standing receive additional entries as stated in your membership.

·      (b) No Purchase Entry —  You may obtain one (1) No Purchase Entry per Contest Period without making a purchase by hand-printing or handwriting your full legal name, complete mailing address, phone number, and valid email address on a plain piece of paper or index card and enclosing it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope mailed to:

No Purchase Entries must be postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) the day prior to Contest Period End Date and received by IronHaven Fabricators Inc. no later than two (2) days after the Contest Period End Date to be eligible. Only one (1) No Purchase Entry per outer mailing envelope will be accepted. Typed, printed, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted by email, fax, or any electronic means will not qualify as a No Purchase Entry. No Purchase Entries have the same odds of winning as Purchase Entries. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, or late mail.

Entries must include complete and accurate contact information. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of IronHaven Fabricators Inc. and will not be returned. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

5.  Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. The following persons are not eligible to enter:

·         Employees, officers, and directors of IronHaven Fabricators Inc.

·         Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above.

·         Any person residing in the same household as the above.

·         Any person acting as an agent or representative of IronHaven Fabricators Inc.

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Void where prohibited by law.

6.  Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will be conducted by a representative of IronHaven Fabricators Inc. within two (2) days of the end of the applicable Contest Period. One (1) entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that Contest Period using a random selection method.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question as required by Canadian law to be declared the winner.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw, fails the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected by repeating the random draw process.

7.  Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

The winner will be notified by direct message via the contact information provided at the time of entry (email, phone, or social media messenger). The winner's first name and province of residence may be announced on IronHaven Fabricators Inc.'s Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize delivery and fabrication lead times will be communicated to the winner upon confirmation. The Contest Sponsor will arrange prize delivery within Canada at no cost to the winner, or the winner may arrange pick-up from the Edmonton, Alberta facility. Custom powder coat colour selection must be confirmed within three (3) business days of prize acceptance. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize becomes unavailable.

8.  Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner grants IronHaven Fabricators Inc. permission to use their name, general location (city/province), and photographs of the prize installation for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes across any medium, including social media, website, and print, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.

9.  Release and Disclaimer

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless IronHaven Fabricators Inc., its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of any prize.

IronHaven Fabricators Inc. is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; printing or typographical errors; or any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

IronHaven Fabricators Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

10.  General

These Contest Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Alberta.

These rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and IronHaven Fabricators Inc. with respect to the Contest and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
